L'hotel està molt bé. Havíem reservat una habitació doble i, per falta de disponibilitat, ens van donar una suite a canvi. Les instal·lacions estan força bé i actualitzades. La localització és fantàstica si vols anar a esquiar, doncs només has de creuar el carrer per arribar al remuntador de Pal Arinsal (Vallnord). No obstant, el millor ha estat l'amabilitat i l'atenció de les recepcionistes.

Everything. The apartment is amazing. Staff are friendly, reachable by WhatsApp or phone and very helpful all the time. Great location with nice view from the window and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We had an issue with noisy neighbor's dogs barking late evening which was sorted out by staff in shortest time. Very close to town and short 10 min drive to slopes!

Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Special thanks to the reception manager Emanuel for prompt and high-quality assistance in solving our extra whims, we really appreciate it!
