Erlis, the young man who handles all guest relations (and nephew to the owner) was an impeccable host - more like a concierge in a high-class hotel. The owners are generous, friendly, and excellent company if you have any questions about tourism in Albania or the country's comlpex history. We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough!

BAZ'HUR Boutique Hotel is set in Kukës, within 38 km of Sinan Pasha Mosque and 38 km of Kalaja Fortress Prizren. A lovely new and clean room in the heart of Kukes. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Including good heating. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the delectable traditional food served, and the service was top-notch. Soni, in particular, stood out with his exceptional service. Booking this property turned out to be a stroke of luck, and I'm already looking forward to visiting again in the future.
