The hotel staff even pick us from the station since it was quite late and raining, and I don't know if the taxi service is still available.. Great place and the view just beeeauuutifuuulll!!! Family-run since 1654, Hotel-Gasthof Maria Plain enjoys a quiet location surrounded by meadows and forests, only 250 metres from the pilgrimage church of Maria Plain and a 10-minute drive from... This is a really wonderful place for staying. Old building near the church with history. It is located on the hill, so you can see the whole city with the mountain view. Also I can recommend breakfast here and restaurant on the first floor. If you are traveling by car, this is the perfect variant (15-20 min to the city center by car). And great nature around. Some of the rooms are already renovated but the old ones have really stylish interiors (especially the room with a balcony). I will probably be back here.

The staff are very friendly. We only stayed one night but had a great night sleep, the beds are very comfortable. We would definitely come back for longer and can only recommend!
