Seven Springs Hotel has a restaurant, two outdoor mineral water pools heated all year long, a garden and terrace in Banya. The hotel features family rooms. The bed was very comfortable and they were able to provide extra pillows which made it very comfortable, the room was clean and tastefully decorated with nice bed side lighting that was dimmable! Lighting can make such a difference in the room and this was nice. We had a small balcony, and a private bathroom. We slept very well there. We enjoyed the breakfast at their restaurant. Some of the staff spoke English quite well, but others were helpful even though they could not speak English. Unfortunately we do not speak Bulgarian, so it is our fault with communications. We chose this place for its hot spring pools which were wonderful. There is a large hot soaking pool, and another very warm pool for swimming. It was open even in the cooler weather of October. It was luxuriously wonderful to float around and relax. Dinner at their restaurant was also very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.
