The hotel is only 5minutes away from the airport and a 2minute walk to the malls. Staff is very friendly. We arrived at around 1am and the receptionist waited for us so we can check in. room is clean and very comfy.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Everyone I encountered in the hotel was kind, smiling, helpful and professional. This is a very pleasant place to stay. The room was pretty large, perfectly clean and comfortable. A strong AC unit which did not make too much noise. The hotel also has a small gym on the first floor. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast featured some local dishes such as Kueh. Next door to the hotel is a large supermarket in case you need to buy something.

The Capital Residence Suites is located in Bandar Seri Begawan only 300 metres from the Royal Regalia Museum. Modern but budget hotel and at a central location. Can easily walk to most of the city’s landmarks and attractions and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was setup well and big enough for me. The hotel offered Free shuttle services from and to the airport and to some of the locations a bit further away from city center. Saved me from transportation costs and the hassle of looking for a taxi.

Everything. Thé room was beautiful, very clean and loved the size. The location of the property is just amazing. Brunei really lives to its title of “abode of peace” and the staff and this hotel are no exception! both restaurants downstairs (Riaz and the general one) serve amazing Indian and international food respectively. I often would wait to come back fo the hotel for dinner as it was some of the best meals I have ever had. I especially loved how vegetarian friendly they are, so many vegetarian dishes to choose from was such a delight.

Staff were extremely helpful and went well beyond the call of duty. When i left my phone in the room they arranged shipping and customs back to the US for me and kept checking up with me to ensure that it was received successfully
