Really enjoyed stay here . The hotel was very comfortable, in a spectacular location with amazing views. The staff / propriators were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The restaurant / bar and its lovely terrace was a comfortable focus with excellent meals and drinks. Rooms were quite small but very clean and well appointed.

Set in the car-free mountain village of Braunwald, Märchenhotel is a family friendly house featuring a spa area with sauna, family pools, many children activities and different playgrounds. Very friendly staff. Excellent amenities. Great food. Paradise for kids - with all the playgrounds and activities. We’ll definitely be back.

Scenic location ,hospitable staff and host is very friendly. We booked a gum rowboat and enjoyed the lake. Calm and cosy atmosphere. Great outside area with lake view. Room was tidy and clean.

Set at the entrance of the Glarus Alps, lintharena ag enjoys a quiet location in Näfels. It offers rooms with private bathrooms and cable TV as well as 4 bed rooms with shared bathroom on the floor. Great facilities, if you stay here you can make use of the swimming pool and spa (including saunas for free). Also well located with a bus stop in front of the door, with buses to the Näfels and Ziegelbrücke train stations (for connections to Zürich and Glarus) and to Mühlehorn (for the Walensee). Alternatively it's a 15 min walk to the train station. Also if you stay two nights, you get your train tickets for free from the local tourist authority (make sure to apply for this at least 4 days in advance, search for "ÖV-Anreise Glarnerland").
