Overlooking Neuchatel's rooftops or Lake Neuchatel, Hotel Alpes & Lac is opposite the main train station. It offers comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi. The bed wás amazing and the view was incredible! Location of the hotel is top notch and easy to get into town and to get the train back out

Very clean facilities and outstanding room where the modern bath tub with integrated jacuzzi and shower with integrated hammam (steam/finish sauna) were a wonderful surprise. Extra were the 24 hour (we stayed only 1 night) public transport and museum card offered for free / included in the room rate. Also included in the price is the parking card for the car, outside in the street or in a underground garage just 20 seconds away from the hotel. We chose not take breakfast service as we drove away early, but it was offered, buffet service, for CHF 15. Definitively would come back.

Location, very very clean, super friendly and helpful personell , comfortable beds, nice smell throughout hotel. Plenty of small details that counts and gives you feeling that hotel is run by professionals
