Very nice place in a beautiful village, with good connections to Zug and other towns in the area. The view is stunning, breakfast and restaurant really good and a warm hospitality and service!

The view of the lake and the mountains was sensational. The bed was so comfortable & the room was clean. I left my jacket behind and they contacted me quickly to make a plan to get it back.

Located right in the centre of Menzingen, the Hotel Ochsen is only a 10-minute drive away from Zug. It features a flat-screen TV and an internet terminal in every room, which can be used for free. Food was really nice - enjoyed breakfast and evening meals here. Also - I had very early start for flight from Zurich airport and special breakfast was prepared and left near the room for me.

Built in 1543, this hotel in the centre of Zug accommodated famous guests like Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, yet it offers modern amenities like free internet and air-conditioning. Location nd breakfast were excellent. The front desk, Andy and a woman whose name I don't know, were very helpful. I will recommend the hotel to future visitors to Zug. I have stayed at the park many times; prefer the Ochsen.
