El Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel está situado junto al río Taohua, en el centro de la ciudad de Guilin, y alberga un patio de estilo chino. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia y era muy acogedora. El dueño del hotel fue en todo momento muy amable con nosotras. Ya antes de la estancia, nos respondía las dudas que teníamos de seguida. Durante la estancia, también estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que quisiésemos. Esta muy bien ubicado, a las afueras de la ciudad, lejos del ruido y el gran tránsito de coches, pero en taxi en 15min llegábamos al centro. Se agradecía la calma de aquella zona, hay un carril bici para caminar por los alrededores del hotel, al lado de un río. Fue en general, una estancia de 10.

El The Apsara Lodge ofrece alojamiento en Yangshuo y cuenta con wifi gratis, pileta exterior de temporada y parrilla. El personal es excelente, muy servicial pero familiar al mismo tiempo. Nos dieron ya antes de llegar una cuenta de Wechat para comunicarnos con ellos que fue de gran ayuda en múltiples ocasiones. La ubicación es en medio casi de la nada (que es lo que buscábamos) cerca de la pequeña ciudad de Yangshuo y justo en la ribera del río Jimbao afluente del rio Julong, con unas vistas a las montañas kársticas de la zona espectaculares. Desayuno bueno incluido y cena bastante buena. Las excursiones que te ofrece el hotel un poco caras a mi criterio, pero sirven para saber lo que hay que hacer en la zona. Alquilamos unas motos eléctricas por 50 yuans al día, unos 7 euros en este momento que son esenciales para conocer una la zona de alrededor de unos 20 km incluida la ciudad de Yanshuo. Recomendable la bajada por el rio Julong, tranquila y relajante en invierno (que es temporada baja).

El Riverside Inn Guilin goza de una ubicación idónea en el corazón de Guilin y ofrece vistas al río y visitas guiadas por Guilin o Yangshuo. The Riverside Inn is close to the main train station (1.1 km away) next to the river and walking path that connects main point of interest to see. The owner gave me grate advice what to see and how to reach different sites. His english is great. Would recommend it :)

El Riverside Retreat Hotel se encuentra entre bosques de bambú y tierras de labranza. Ofrece vistas al precioso río Li, pileta al aire libre, solárium y un restaurante elegante con vistas a la... Best view in whole yangshou. The location makes it quiet and it’s still very close to the city centre. The staff helped us with getting 2 bikes from the hotel for 20 yuan/ person. Quite a good deal for the whole day. We were tired from the bike and couldn’t come back as we wanted to eat and they let us park the bikes in the centre and they got them picked from there. Very convenient and no up charge! If you go in winter you can just ask for more heaters! The air con works as a heater as well. Also as we went in off season they upgraded our room for free!!

El Guilin Rong Lake Aroma Tea House, formerly Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum Hotel está justo enfrente de 2 ríos y 4 lagos, en el centro de la ciudad. Make you feel at home, all staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

El Guilin Village Creek Inn se encuentra en Guilin, a 1,3 km de la cueva de la Flauta de Caña, y ofrece alojamiento con centro de fitness, estacionamiento privado gratuito, jardín y salón compartido. Excelente ubicación, instalaciones. Servicio impecable

El Lanshan Moon Resort se encuentra en Yangshuo, a 4,6 km de la pintoresca zona de Darongshu, y ofrece alojamiento con pileta al aire libre, estacionamiento privado gratuito, centro de fitness y... The main attractions of Lanshan Wangyue Hotel are the outstanding location in a village not too far from the town of Yangshuo, but with a feeling of old rural China and magnificent unobstructed view of the karst peaks in all directions; and the friendly service by the owners, Mark Ma, Li Wu and Siwei, and their hard-working and helpful staff. Additionally, the rooms are commodious and offer full views-- distant mountains from the front, the village and close mountains on the back side. The beds are new and great for sleeping, plus the rooms have good insulation and are very quiet. The proprietors find out what the guests wish to do, and custom arrange and lead excursions into the surrounding countryside. In an area that has lots of tourists (almost all domestic Chinese), they can take guests on bike trips or hikes to places that no one else visits. Ask them to take you on the half hour climb up to the old Qing Dynasty bandits lair in a cave high above the surrounding countryside, or to one of the ancient villages in the area. So much to see and do in the area, with some of the finest scenery in China.
