Located in Sanya, 1.4 km from Sanya Bay Beach, Oakwood Apartments Sanya provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. I liked the room view , the attentiveness of the staffs for both Front Office and F&B service special mentioned and thanks to both FOM Ms Tian and Front Office staff Ms Li were super efficient and assisted me for the challenge I faced. As property was currently undergoing some renovation. With prompt resolution of noise for my initial room , I have being upgraded to East Tower room, where no renovation going on. Finally I have a sound sleeps during my entire stayed. ROOM size was good, balcony was fabulous overseeing Seaview and YiHeng popular night market As for Ala carte food was tasty, buffet breakfast variety can be better . The savoury Tofu was my favorites. F&B service staffs Ms Betty was fantastic and attentive for guest service and Lucy too. THUMBS UP! My choice of home in Sanya🥰🥰🥰

Sanya Dadonghai Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a shared lounge and terrace in Sanya. My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the varity of food for breakfast. Special thanks to Merry Liu and Aileen for upgrade my room and preparing a welcome fruit platter and biscuits.

Set near Mission Hills and Feng Xiaogang Movie Town, Renaissance Haikou Hotel offers rooms with air condition and free WiFi. Clean and very luxuriant. Clean swimming pool and decent opening hours. Life guard Lincoln Wu is extremely helpful to guests.

Situated in the CBD business area, The Langham Haikou is designed in classic and luxurious style. City views or sea views can be enjoyed at the property. Management: 1. I had booked and paid for a room for a week in Jan. 2020. Then Covid-19 broke out, and my flight was canceled. I informed the hotel of my problem and unexpectedly got my refund shortly after. 2. I booked and received confirmation for a room for a week in March 2024. A day later I was informed that my credit card was invalid. This happened twice. The same card was used successfully to purchase two airline ticket a few minute earlier. So I called Visa Center that assured my card validity. This international call costed me over $40! When I mentioned this unpleasant experience, the front desk manager upgraded me to Club level room. 3. One day an elevator/lift I was riding on, with a few ladies, stoped suddenly and started dropping. The emergency button did not work. A bit scary. Fortunately after a few minutes, the ride resumed. After reporting the accident, the hotel sent me a fruit basket, and even gave me free breakfast. All managers I met show they are caring professional. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is beautiful; our room is elegant.

Featuring a private pool, hotel has no direct access to the beach, you need to walk out of the hotel for about 6 minutes and cross the road to the beach. I really loved it. Beautiful, fresh lobby. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Decent breakfast. Great value. Near the beach. Short ride to Sanya. Used the gym, which was good also. Used the pool which was great. Even listened to the live music! Great for families I think - though I was just there with a friend. Top marks!

Featuring a beachfront location and 5 swimming pools, the luxurious Sheraton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort is 1 km from Yalong Bay Central Square and just opposite the Yalong Bay Golf Club. Almost everything. It was our first time to stay at Sheraton Hotel and we didn't expected it to be so perfect. Amazing territory, nice food, always clean, wonderful beach, nice facilities and entertainment. The best place to enjoy nature, sun and sea.

Located in Sanya Bay, Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa is only a 2-minute walk from the beach and the Coconut Dream Corridor. Thank you for making our stay so so so memorable. we really enjoyed a lot and being a vegetarian it was very helpful to get pure vegetarian food at pullman(chefs really helped us in our request). We really enjoyed the property , the beach and 4 swimming pools. Thank you for taking care of us. Special thanks to HANKS ,WAYNE & BELLA for taking care of us every minute and providing us with every small help 24x7. Their hospitality were superb. When i will go again i will stay at the same property. Never had such a wonderful experience before at any property. Really the helpful staff made the difference.
