Die Unterkunft NENA BEACH CLUB & HOTEL verfügt über einen Außenpool, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Terrasse und ein Restaurant in Barú. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was a great way to escape the midday heat and crowds on the beach. The food was well prepared. I appreciated that there was always somewhere for hotel guests to sit and relax, even with day time visitors.

Really friendly staff and very accommodating when it comes to question (initially planned for a leave at 11am but were allowed to keep our suitcases in the room including the key until our departure at 1:30pm). We really like the Cristal Hamburguesa. Overall a quite placemat the end of Playa Blanca (its located in the north, the more south you go the more touristy it gets). Beautiful sunsets.

Die Unterkunft posada donde Uriel Playa tranquila, die in Barú, in der Region Baru Island gelegen ist, befindet sich 0 m von Strand Playa Blanca entfernt. We stayed two nights at Uriel's newly constructed pool villa "Casa Cafur" in the nearby town in Santa Ana, and spent the days at his Playa Tranquila beach house (quiet part of playa Blanca) Strong winds damaged most of the beach earlier that week so we were unable to spend the night as planned but Uriel saved our vacation with his pool villa, then we got to spend the days anyway at Playa Blanca so it was the best of both worlds. The beach is a quick 6000 peso ride from the villa. Let me tell you, when you enter Casa Cafur you realize you are entering somewhere special. You get that "wow" feeling once you enter the doors. It's a peaceful paradise, and feels totally private. He keeps the pool clean, and the cocktails are delicious! His staff are totally cool and they take care of everything like the richest resort. I proposed to my girlfriend at his beach house (posada donde Uriel) and when we returned to Casa Cafur, Uriel cooked us lobster and shrimp, champagne and we had the whole place to ourselves. Music, hammocks, cocktails and a clean pool. The village of Santa Ana is cool too, we drank and danced with the locals and sharwd way too many dollar beers. I trust Uriel and will always come back! Thank you Uriel for a special 3 days.

Die Unterkunft Hotel Calamari Baru, die in Playa Blanca gelegen ist, bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten direkt am Strand, 0 m von Strand Playa Blanca entfernt. Tolles Hotel komplett aus Holz gebaut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1.OG mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Das zimmer war sehr großzügig und hat alles was wir benötigten. Der Strandabschnitt ist auch sehr schön, es stehen hochwertige Liegen bereit und das Meer ist sauber. Leider kann man nicht weit raus schwimmen, da der Bade Bereich aufgrund des Boots-Verkehrs abgesperrt ist. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist ebenso zu empfehlen. Man muss sich bewusst sein, das die Gegend um Punta Bianca sehr touristisch ist. Dafür hat man - insbesondere morgens bevor die Tagestouristen da sind - traumhafte Strände.

Das SABAI Beach bietet einen 200 m langen, eigenen weißen Sandstrand und kostenfreies WLAN in den öffentlichen Bereichen. It is just such a beautiful place, natural and tranquil. The staff are fantastic, very nice and attentive, they made our stay very special. We would like to thank David, Chris, Raul and Luz and all the other staff - they were like friends. The beach and water is outstanding, the best we have ever tried. We will come back soon again. It was very hard to leave this magical place
