Thani Ecobeach Barú heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant en een bar in Playa Blanca. Geweldige sfeer en aangenaam personeel. Ze waren heel behulpzaam. Uitstekend eten. Alles was erg schoon. Aangename badkamer. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

Hotel Playa Scondida is een rustieke eco-lodge op het eiland Baru, op 1 uur met de motorboot van Cartagena. Everything! As you arrive through a small wicker door , you are met by Sergio and his delightful wife Lucrecia . Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spotlessly clean , cotton sheets and a cosy blanket if needed and fluffy towels, and really lovely soap, shampoo in the bathroom. The beach and gardens were beautiful. I had an in house massage which was one of the best that I have ever had , and all the better for the fact that Jess set up in my room so super safe and relaxing .My husband and I had a wonderful stay , thanks to the whole team... xxx n

NENA BEACH CLUB & HOTEL heeft een buitenzwembad, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant in Barú. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was a great way to escape the midday heat and crowds on the beach. The food was well prepared. I appreciated that there was always somewhere for hotel guests to sit and relax, even with day time visitors.

Cristal Blue Barú ligt in Barú, op 2 minuten lopen van Playa Blanca, en biedt conciërgediensten, rookvrije kamers, een terras, gratis WiFi en een restaurant. Really friendly staff and very accommodating when it comes to question (initially planned for a leave at 11am but were allowed to keep our suitcases in the room including the key until our departure at 1:30pm). We really like the Cristal Hamburguesa. Overall a quite placemat the end of Playa Blanca (its located in the north, the more south you go the more touristy it gets). Beautiful sunsets.

Posada donde Uriel Playa tranquila ligt in Barú, op een paar minuten lopen van Playa Blanca. We stayed two nights at Uriel's newly constructed pool villa "Casa Cafur" in the nearby town in Santa Ana, and spent the days at his Playa Tranquila beach house (quiet part of playa Blanca) Strong winds damaged most of the beach earlier that week so we were unable to spend the night as planned but Uriel saved our vacation with his pool villa, then we got to spend the days anyway at Playa Blanca so it was the best of both worlds. The beach is a quick 6000 peso ride from the villa. Let me tell you, when you enter Casa Cafur you realize you are entering somewhere special. You get that "wow" feeling once you enter the doors. It's a peaceful paradise, and feels totally private. He keeps the pool clean, and the cocktails are delicious! His staff are totally cool and they take care of everything like the richest resort. I proposed to my girlfriend at his beach house (posada donde Uriel) and when we returned to Casa Cafur, Uriel cooked us lobster and shrimp, champagne and we had the whole place to ourselves. Music, hammocks, cocktails and a clean pool. The village of Santa Ana is cool too, we drank and danced with the locals and sharwd way too many dollar beers. I trust Uriel and will always come back! Thank you Uriel for a special 3 days.

Hotel Calamari Baru is gelegen aan het strand in Playa Blanca, op een paar minuten lopen van Playa Blanca, en biedt diverse voorzieningen, zoals een terras, een restaurant en een bar. This is easily the best hotel of all Playa Blanca. Staff are extremely nice. The prices are fair. Location on the beach is just great. The food is awesome. This is truly a paradise.

Het SABAI Beach heeft een eigen wit zandstrand van 200 meter lang en biedt gratis WiFi in de openbare ruimtes. - paradise just within natural beauty; we liked the mix of a modern and new set up in a natural scene - hotel is pretty new and - honestly - the pictures says it all, but seeing it live is just 10 times better - hotel is located on a private (!) beach, which is SO nice. It gives you 100% Caribbean feeling. Beach is clean and water is nice to swim in - room is big, nice and very clean - very good variety of food (could have more vegetarian options), nice quality - stuff is extremely friendly and helpful - overall: a really nice and romantic set up (even to propose, wedding venue, or else) for couples or a bunch of friends / family; if you need some time off to relax and enjoy yourself: definitely THE place to be - I couldn‘t think of a better place to stay after a few weeks of traveling around. Aura Hotel Barú is een accommodatie met 3 sterren tegenover het strand in Barú met heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een restaurant. Het is een hele mooie locatie. Eigenlijk een soort mini resort. Het is klein en het personeel doet er alles aan om het persoonlijk te maken. Ze leerde onze namen snel en het personeel werkt er echt met plezier.
