La biancheria è pulita. Il personale è cortese e molto attento al cliente. Ci hanno aiutato a noleggiare uno scooter, è bastato chiedere via messaggio e quando siamo arrivati lo scooter era già in hotel ad aspettarci, non abbiamo quindi perso tempo nelle pratiche o nell'attesa del mezzo. Ogni esigenza, seppur piccola, che abbiamo avuto è stata gestita dallo staff con professionalità e gentilezza. Cibo buono.

Situato vicino alla spiaggia sull'Isola di Santa Catalina, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Forte di Warwick, l'hotel Miss Francia´s Home offre una terrazza e un bar in loco. Miss Francia was a wonderful host and always available to answer our questions. The room itself is incredible spacious with great air-conditioning and a mini-fridge provided for the course of the stay. There was also Wifi available, but this was not always reliable (Providencia-wide problem). The breakfast was provided at nearby (~5 min walk) Big Mama Sweet Taste, which was delicious and included eggs, fresh juice, bread and coffee. She even prepared breakfast an hour early for us the morning of our flight! In the BnB, there is also a small kitchen and balcony available for us, as well as kayaks for free use. Miss Francia even helped me find my debit card when I had lost it in the main town! Cannot say enough good things about staying here.

Staff incredibly nice and helpful. Great breakfast Location is great if you want to be away from the crowded north but a bit of a problem if you don't have transportation. The manager, Herber, gave us a few much appreciated rides! The breakfast lady, Osiris, is wonderful. The house, the surroundings, the pool are great.
