We had a really comfortable stay. Staff were really nice and hospitable. Amazing breakfast and the restaurant also serves delicious food, although a bit expensive.

Situated right next to the Ounasvaara Winter Sports Centre on Ounasvaara Fell, Lapland Hotel Sky Ounasvaara offers a restaurant and roof terrace with views over Rovaniemi city and the Kemijoki River... The staff is very nice and friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate every request. We also received a room upgrade which set the tone for a great stay. The restaurant is also very nice for dinner and drinks, with decent prices, amazing views and great service. The included breakfast is also very nice, with plenty of choice. We had a great stay and we will return for sure.

I loved that each igloo had their own private sauna. The kitchen restaurant is cool and the cook is Swiss. They have a private huski tour and there also private snowmobile tours and there are 2 cute reindeers living there :) we had luck to have a clear sky and at night we saw a beautiful Aurora under our heads.
