The room was absolutely great, big window. The bed very comfortable, so good pillows and everything. Loved the size of the room, and loved the bathroom too with the big shelf by the sink.

Every detail in the room was awesome, it was also super clean and the staff was always awesome and respectful, responding to my questions. The Folks Hotel Konepaja features a fitness center, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Helsinki. The hotel was close to public transportation, so it was easy to get around. The room was comfortable, very clean, and huge, especially for a solo traveler (or at least compared to what I'm used to in Japan). I ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant on the first morning I arrived because it was before other shops in the area opened. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The staff were the best part by far, though. 10s across the board. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful but one staff in particular went above and beyond to help me (gave perfect directions, helped me download the transport app and tickets, googled things for me, etc.). Would definitely recommend to others or consider staying here again in the future.

All our questions were answered and all our wishes were taken into account. + a free parking lot near the hotel + a great location. There is a nice park and a great waterfall within a two-minute walk from the hotel.
