The room was amazing, including spa bath (unexpected really). Service was wonderful, and we took benefit of the restaurant in the hotel, where food was amazing. Tyndale Hotel is one, if not my favorite hotel, in all of England. The environment is cozy, and the staff makes you feel welcome and at home, they always had the best attitude and were very helpful. The food is delicious (I ate some pancakes that tasted like a warm Sunday morning), and the rooms are clean and spacious. My mom and I had the best time at this place, and when we come back to Llandudno, this will be the place we return to.

I stumbled across the establishment purely as they have Tesla EV chargers on site, and I was not disappointed by anything else the place has to offer! I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Hayley and the lovely Hotel No. 5 - I had such a wonderful time in Llandudno because of my stay here. To start, it's spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and I loved that it's a little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of everything (yet still very close, walkable, and steps from the bus stop!) The breakfast was absolutely delicious and included everything you could need to start your day. But the greatest part of the experience is Hayley, who goes above and beyond for her guests! She is so knowledgeable about the area, always checks in to make sure that you're enjoying your stay, and just pours her heart and soul into Hotel No.5 - and it shows! Really recommend staying here if you're traveling to Llandudno. I will absolutely stay again next time I'm in town!

The hotel is not luxurious but has plenty of charm and hard working kind people! We ate a wonderful dinner and breakfast in the hotel and it was delicious and plentiful! We truly enjoyed our visit and the hotel.
