The staff was very nice. There was a mix up with our reservation but they solved the problem before we arrived.

Everything was just PERFECT - location, very friendly personnel, clean room in traditional style British Hotel with pub. Excellent breakfast. Spacious and convenient parking outside ULEZ. Hope to come back again one day.

We had such a lovely one night stay. A real treat.
