It says a lot when you can remember the names of every member of staff that we spoke to and shows just how engaging they are. Situated in 400 acres of private estate, The Fish Hotel is the perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Booked a hideaway hut; room was great and hot tub just what we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly. Had dinner one night in the restaurant and was tasty. Possibly the highlight though was getting a pizza delivered to the room - came within 15 minutes and was amazing; far exceeded expectations!

Clean and comfortable and really much better than I had expected. I will certainly stay again and recommend The Crown as a place to stay in Worcester for others.
