Handcrafted Hospitality with world-class service at Lopota Lake Resort & Spa. The Resort is located in the heart of Kakheti region. This was in my opinion the most beautiful hotel I have been in. They do have great deals on some days though and we were lucky enough to book one of those nights. It was my birthday and they sent a special note and a cake, great detail :-) the area is simply stunning, lots of pools, restaurants. We only stayed one night and could have spent more just on the hotel premises. For a longer stay you might want to have a car. We felt like we could have been near a lake in Switzerland or just anywhere. Great activities, though we did not manage to try all.

We've been to almost every high end hotel in Georgia's regions, this definitely stands in our top 3 list. The staff is very welcoming, Levan is very friendly, welcoming and he makes you feel at home. He's also a chef and the food made by him is VERY tasty. The view from our room was breathtaking. We will definitely visit again.

This was a fantastic hotel in Telavi. We spent three nights and could have spent longer! The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel pool and veranda were lovely. But the staff was what really made the hotel, they were so kind and helpful. They helped us book many day trips on the region and we’re always eager to help. The views coming down the stairs and from the veranda are pretty stunning as well.

Beautiful small hotel in the very centre of Signagi, very spacious rooms with a long atmospheric balcony along the whole building. Everything was perfect, clean rooms and bathroom, a lot of towels, electric pot in the room. Very nice and hospitable host. great breakfast in the next door cafe.

I merely wrote comments on bookings or other travel agents but Marani ELizbar was an exception. It was absolutely the HIGHLIGHT of my vacation in Georgia! It’s got everything we’d expect for a “local” experience while super cozy and pleasant. I only stayed here for one night as my flight going back home was the next day, otherwise I really would like to stay for more nights there. A huge thank you to Leon (the host) and the neighbor there! I was walking around the Marani the morning I woke up and happened to see neighbor are killing a pig for barbecue as it was new year time. Leon and the neighbor invited me to the barbecue and shared with me the amber wine their family made. While they drank, they toasted to the land Georgia, to mothers and to families. It was a moving scene for me.. Also they were super friendly to us.. Besides the memorable morning, the Marani itself was incredibly well-decorated with exquisite taste as can tell from the pictures but I’m sure you have to experience it in person. Cleanliness 10/10. Breakfast was great. We drove so location was not really important to us but several famous winery are just around. Convenient enough for anyone looking for a winery tour. I would definitely come back here when I visited Georgia again.
