I had to dispose few things from my luggage and the staff took care of it. Highly recommend staying there. Excellent location too.

Wonderful modern hotel up the hill from the ferry terminal and fairly close to most businesses. Good onsite restaurant and delicious included breakfast of cereal, bread, cheese, juice, etc. They are very organized and did a great job even though it was very crowded with groups. O moderno Hotel Icefiord está localizado a 200 km a norte do Círculo Polar Ártico, no oeste da Groenlândia, a 1 km do centro da cidade de Ilulissat. Fantastic views, great restaurant, and lovely staff. We originally booked an apartment, but the heating and hot water system was having problems so they switched us to a room at the main building, which turns out to be great.
