Offering a restaurant, Best Western Plus Hotel Stofella is located in Guatemala. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV and air conditioning. This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

With spacious closet and sore of kitchen and a table for two. Pretty silent at night. Breakfast included was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Alt var meget bra på hotell Villas Santander. Vi hadde god plass på rommet og til og med terrasse. Det var rent, god stor seng, stille. Hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. Excellent😊 Det kan virkelig anbefales. Vår første natt i Guatemala var hotell Ixbalanque som var forferdelig, det får vi ikke gitt evaluering på … vi hadde bestilt alle dagene der, men heldigvis ikke betalt på forhånd.☺️ Så var sjeleglad når vi byttet hotell og kom til Villas Santander.❤️

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The elevators coordinated well, no long waiting times. Excellent breakfast and the pool is open from early morning til the evening, giving time to everybody to enjoy. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly, and the complementary breakfast at the corner restaurant was great. It felt super safe and secure. I was aware of reviews criticizing the facilities, but for the price and location, I was very satisfied. Safety, security and comfort were my priorities. Fresh paint was not.
