They were absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and went above and beyond to help. I had a very early flight the day after my stay so they made me a huge meal and kept refrigerated so I could take to the airport. Their restaurant food was also quite incredible. I was beyond impressed

Set 1.5 km from Zagreb Airport, Hotel Royal Airport offers rooms in Velika Gorica. The hotel is at the distance of 10 km from Zagreb. The hotel is not in the city of Zagreb (thus aptly named "airport hotel"), but it pretty much is the closest hotel to Zagreb airport (approx. a 5 minute taxi/shuttle drive) and therefore really convenient pre- or post-flight. I stayed there the night before with my parents because I had to be at the airport before 6 a.m. The convenience of getting up at 5:30 and being at the airport 30 minutes later is priceless. The hotel is modern, VERY clean. The reception staff was extremely friendly and arranged for a taxi (€15) to the airport because I had to leave before the hotel's shuttle started operating. The onsite restaurant was cheap, but comfortable, with large portions, friendly staff, and good food. Did not have breakfast though so cannot comment on that. All in, it ticked all the boxes for a conveniently located, comfortable, and clean airport hotel.

Hotel Cool is a completely fabulous place to stay at. The hotel is perfectly located if you are travelling, it's just a 5-minute ride with a shuttle bus easily arranged by hotel staff. The staff went out of their way to provide breakfast earlier than usual for us which was appreciated a lot. The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable, it met or exceeded all of our expectations.
