The Killeshin Hotel is one mile from Portlaoise and junction 16 off the M7 motorway. It offers a bistro, an indoor pool, hot tub, a gym and free parking. Nice hotel, good beds, excellent breakfast, plenty of parking...it was an unexpected surprise for us--better than the other hotels we stayed at during our two week trip to UK and Ireland.

The Midlands Park Hotel is a luxurious 4-star property located in the centre of Portlaoise and a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station. La habitación amplia y cómoda, nos decepcionó un poco que los huéspedes no tuvieran preferencia en las reservas del restaurante y no poder cenar en él después de esperar una larga cola. En el desayuno pedimos un café expreso por el que cobraron un extra totalmente abusivo.

The 3-star Abbeyleix Manor Hotel offers a relaxing and ideal base to explore the hidden beauties of County Laois and the Midlands of Ireland. Excellent breakfast with happy friendly staff .The whole experience was amazing.Spacious bedrooms and lounges which were very cosy and comfortable. Location just.at the edge of Abbeyleix was very peaceful. Reception staff very heloful too and friendly.. We will certainly return..

The Heritage offers 4-star accommodation in Killenard. Set within private gardens, guests may enjoy the on-site features including a leisure centre, award-winning spa, and on-site bars and... Everything about the stay was perfect - the experience was excellent from Check-in, food service to Spa Facility we were met with the same excellent service standard, where nothing was too much trouble to accommodate our needs during the stay. The location is super convenient to M7 would highly recommend and I will definitely return.

El Maldron Hotel se encuentra junto a la salida 17 de la autopista M7, a solo 5 minutos en auto del centro de Portlaoise y del parque O'Moore. Nos dieron una bonita bienvenida ,la habitación amplia ,cómoda y con muchos accesorios ,muy limpio y tranquilo.El desayuno estupendo y el personal muy hospitalario y atento .

El Preston House se encuentra en Abbeyleix, a menos de 1 km de la Casa del Patrimonio, y ofrece alojamiento con terraza, wifi gratis y cocina compartida. Oh my goodness, where do I start?. This is an absolutely stunning little property that is being maintained to retain its authentic Victorian character. Our bedroom complete with ensuite, which is often not the case in older, heritage properties, was a fantastic size, furnished with period style pieces and screamed quality. No expense has been spared by the owner in terms of the quality of the bed and bedding and I really want the name of his cleaner. The place was absolutely spotless, even though there would appear to be a bit of building and maintenance work ongoing. The owner Ross, is a lovely and committed host whose only concern is that guests have a great experience. I will most definitely make a point of going back to this beautiful, luxury but very affordable accommodation.

Está situado en Durrow, a 26 km de Portlaoise. El Weir view Bed and Breakfast ofrece jardín y conexión wifi gratis. Este bed and breakfast sirve un desayuno continental o buffet. Liz es una anfitriona estupenda. La habitación estaba limpísima y era, silenciosa y muy cómoda. El desayuno muy bueno.
