I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff at the hotel for making my stay truly enjoyable. Everything exceeded my expectations; the staff was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were not only very clean but also spacious, contributing to a perfect experience. Moreover, I was captivated by the breathtaking views from my room of both the tea plantations and nearby waterfalls.

Calm and serene, awesome food and amazing staff. We had a lovely stay at Avadale Munnar, there was 8 of us including a child and it was everything we could ask for. We wanted a little time for ourselves during our holiday and it was well catered for. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The manager did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. We definitely look forward to staying there in the future.

The rooms are neat and all the facilities are good. the housekeeping and all other staff are very helpful. The reception staff is also very helpful. I would like to specially mention Ms. Anjaana's name who guided us throughout our stay and was very supportive. Overall it was a very memorable stay. Will definately suggest this hotel to everyone.
