Located in Kolkata’s main shopping district, the New Market and business district, The Oberoi Grand Kolkata houses an outdoor pool, gym and spa. This is one of my favorite hotels in India and definitely my favorite in Kolkata. What differentiates them is their exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Other hotels are not even close when it comes to their level of customer service. In addition the facilities are excellent and the whole place has a good vibe. Highly recommended. (Did I forgot to mention that the food is excellent as well :))

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
