This family-run boutique hotel has the nicest, most caring staff you will ever experience. They bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable and at home, and they will do so with a friendly smile. The location is right in the city center on a main street, but we didn't hear any of the street noise, which was a great benefit. You can comfortably walk to the historical / tourist area within 7 minutes. There you can explore all that Madaba has to offer. Our stay was on a rainy and cold night, and the heating system in the room worked perfectly, so that we had a very nice and toasty experience staying there. The hotel fills your fridge with free drinks and also supplies you with free nuts and snacks. It is a very nice gesture that was much appreciated. The breakfast is phenomenal. There is an amazing choice and everything was freshly made, clean and extremely tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure that we got everything that we needed.

The Mosaic City Hotel is a small and friendly hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance of the Church of St George and the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land. The best hotel during our stay in Jordan. Although located in the main street we got a very quiet room located in the back. Parking available, The place is very clean, staff is friendly. Nothing to complain about.

The Staff are super friendly and helpful. Renad the receptionist a sweet woman was super helpful and welcoming. The owner shows a lot of responsibility and care towards guests. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. I find the price compared to what I experienced really low. Their taxi driver is cheaper than taking an external taxi. I recommend the hotel definatly for those who want to stay in a budget friendly place and quality service. Lilia

The Grand Hotel Madaba is an elegant hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance from the Church of Apostles and 2 minutes' drive to the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land and the ST. - The hotel is clean, tidy and has a lot of amenities. I think it’s recently been renovated too! - Great location and proximity to everything we wanted to do. - Pool table by the pool, a pub and a shisha bar made it easy to make spend time at the hotel and meet cool people.
