Good location for us as we had very heavy luggage, and were able to stagger 2 minutes from the Chibaminato JR station to the hotel. This was perfect for a day trip to Tokyo Disneyland before heading off from Narita airport. The hotel is top-class, with a great room overlooking the bay. At 1600 Yen the buffet breakfast was excellent value with a great selection. We also enjoyed catching the "upside down" monorail into Chibato to visit the Cultural Folk museum and do some shopping.

He really likes to get to know his guests and even invited us on a trip to a surrounding Prefecture, showing us typical japanese style food and an Onzen. Loved everything about it. Though its in Chiba, its still CLOSE to the train station. 2 min walk. The room is fairly sized. It's not cramped. The amenities are great. Used the onsen.
