The hotel is situated on a very nice terrace which offers comfortable sitting areas to eat at or just chill. The staff is welcoming and helpful with excellent English. We did not try the breakfast (as there were many other cheaper options around). Rooms are reasonably sized, hotel has laundry room etc.

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Staff very really helpful and accomdating, one lady in particular was super friendly, making me feel more comfortable about my stay, she even showed interest in my nezuko/demon slayer and one piece stickers on my luggage. Room was super comfy and a lot of room, had all the facilities and amenities I required. Would stay again if I'm ever in Yokohama again

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful with a beautiful Onsen bath. The bunk bed room was so well thought through and cosy. The food was amazing, even though they were not prepared for vegetarians, they made it possible. That being said, the staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10!! A very peaceful place.

We visited 5 different places in Japan and Hakone was my favorite. At least 50% of that success belongs to the place we stayed. Everything was beautiful and well organised. I will forever remember the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from our window in the morning which was probably the most memorable moment of my whole trip.
