Great location right beside the main train station with lots of restaurant options, convenience stores, and souvenir shops nearby. The parking was a lot beside the hotel with in and out privileges added to your room bill (1100 yen for 2 nights) and no issue finding a spot even when the hotel was busy. The points the hotel excelled at were the staff, the onsen was amazing, the breakfast was substantial for the price and excellent quality but the free items exceeded my expectations. Free probiotic yogurt drink in the morning, free popsicles in the afternoon & evening, free coffee, and the evening free ramen was excellent. My wife who is Japanese said the ramen was perfect. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and Dormy Inn.

This is definitely our favourite Ryokan. The bathing facilities are great, especially after long walks! Next time we are back in Izumo we will definitely book this hotel. Food is really good, for drinkers it's worth going for the unlimited deal.
