The lobby provides a first class impression that continues throughout with the rooms and hot springs. There's a late night noodle snack at the restaurant and treats at the hot springs. I speak no Japanese and was able to manage fine. Everyone was very kind in guiding me if I needed it. I would definitely stay here for more nights in the future.

The presence of the female staff at the front desk was wonderful and I am very grateful. The other staff members were also taken over and everyone was kind. I'd like to write in more detail, but it's a pity that this site can't input Japanese.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Oyado Tsukiyo no Usagi is set in Izumo, 2.6 km from Inasa Beach and 500 metres from Shimane Museum of Ancient Izumo. The staff service was exceptional. This is definitely our favourite Ryokan. The bathing facilities are great, especially after long walks! Next time we are back in Izumo we will definitely book this hotel. Food is really good, for drinkers it's worth going for the unlimited deal.
