Nina and the staff took the time to cater to my every ask and were absolutely wonderful. One simple thing that stood out was they noticed my shoes were dirty in my room and took the time to clean them for me. How thoughtful was that! Nina helped me book a train to Mombasa, and really made me feel at home. I can’t say enough great things about my stay here. The owner was a pleasure to meet as well. Such nice and considerate people. When I think of coming back to Nairobi, I will be staying here!

I was in the room Kifaru (Rhino in swahili) The staff was so friendly and professional, Lilly the Manager made sure I felt comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the food in Restaurabt 5th Avenue was superbe! I highly recommend this hotel, it’s just amazing!

The hotel sent a shuttle service from their area about 10 minutes away and the pick-up was swift. The driver was very funny and helpful with loading and unloading. The staff at the hotel were kind with checking in and the hotel was very well designed. It was a lovely hotel and perfect for the last few days of a trip. We just ubered when we wanted to go somewhere with no issues getting back to the main part of the city. The beds were comfy, the bathroom clean and service was exceptional. I would stay here again before flying out of Nairobi.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't do more to help us. The security guard, the gentleman at reception all made us feel incredibly welcomed after a long distance travel. The next morning Norah came and checked that we were enjoining our stay and offered her assistance if we needed anything. Partick was incredibly friendly and helpful, checking where our tour was for us and easing any worries. Patrick was friendly and there with a smile and a joke first thing in the morning. Excellent choice at breakfast.
