The staff are super friendly and so helpful. We stayed in a twin room with shared bathroom, the shared spaces were always well cleaned. Our room had some road noise as it was road facing, but earplugs cut the noise easily when needed. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable, the view from our room and the rooftop cafe is unmatched! We ate at the cafe/restaurant and the food was great throughout (def try the baked treats!). We also booked our kayaking dolphin tour with them and had the most amazing time! Wi-Fi worked well during our stay.
