Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, pubikadulta vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä mutta varsin rauhallisella alueella. Huoneeeni oli iso ja sieltä oli hyvät näkymät. Erityisesti pidin upeasta uima-altaasta. Kävinkin joka päivä kaksi kertaa uimassa ja ihailemassa altaalta avautuvia näkymiä. Sieltä näkyi jopa Angkor Wat, joskin hyvin etäällä. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. He olivat erittäin joustavia uloskirjautumisen kanssa kun lentoni lähti aika myöhään. Aamiainen oli hyvä, siellä oli jopa maustamatonta jugurttia! Tänne pitää päästä uudestaan!

My wife and I stayed in the Bayon Modern Residence in Siem Reap for 3 nights during a three-week holiday in the region. They provided a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is about a mile from the city centre and they have their own tuk-tuk for taking guests to and from town for a dollars. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bath and his-and-hers sinks – lots of space to put all your stuff. The breakfast buffet was good for a hotel of this size. The swimming pool was large and a decent temperature. And the free poolside cocktails at happy hour were a real bonus. As usual, in Thailand, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We took a very early sunrise tour to Angkor Wat and the hotel provided us with a decent packed breakfast. Overall, a decent hotel and great value for money.

I visited end of October with my girlfriend and I don't have single thing to complain. We were welcomed by Jing, our hostess who had such a nice personality and helped us with anything we needed from food recommendations to booking different trips for the day. We were able to message Jing at any point in time 8am ,5pm, 10pm and she would reply in no time and get us what we needed! As to the resort itself, pool was the cleanest I have seen, breakfast choice was superb and very delicious, and the style of accommodation gives you the feeling you are in a secluded village. We already started making plans for next year since there is a lot more to see, and we felt 5 days is too short especially given that some days we wanted to just stay at the resort around the pool and relax with some nice coctails. Again thank you Jing for your help throughout our stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Indochine d'Angkor hotel and I must say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with traditional Khmer architecture and lush gardens that create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs, making me feel like a VIP guest. I would highly recommend the Residence Indochine d'Angkor to anyone looking for a luxurious and authentic Cambodian experience. Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. Had a really pleasant stay even though it was for 2 days. Provided us with a complimentary airport pick up and welcomed us with fresh fruits and freshening drinks. Room was well kept and up to standard with a very comfortable bed. Daily cleaning provided too. Easy access to the surrounding Pub Street and other attractions. We missed out chance to get tickets to Ankor Wat at 11pm and the manager graciously offered to arrange travel and pickup to and from the hotel and Ankor wat within 20/30mins tops. Woke up the next day to a tuk tuk waiting with a very pleasant driver. The hotel explained tat the provided tour and transport was part of their mission to give back and create jobs for the community. Once back from the tour, and being checked out, he even offered us a room to shower and freshen up before carry on our journey. Would highly recommend and encourage anyone who is eyeing The Urban for a home away from home. Thank u very much Mr.bunny for being a awesome host and a even better human being! -P&K

All members of staff were super helpful, specially Jane from reception, who organised our day trips to see the temples and a boat trip to Battambang. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Great swimming pool and great cocktails! I would definitely recommend this place.

Andi is a phenomenal host, he will give you all the necessary information about tourist attractions, you can book a trip or rent a scooter directly at the hotel, he will give you information about where to have lunch and what to see from other attractions. You can also buy tickets to other cities directly in the hotel. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the center, the location is perfect. Andi is an amazing host and you can see that he has experience in how to treat a guest in the right way. This hotel is the best choice to stay in Siem Reap.
