The location is fantastic! it’s right in the heart of the city and close to Yeojwacheon stream, if you are visiting during cherry blossom season. you can also catch a bus outside to the other popular cherry blossom places in only 15mins. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were so friendly and kind (they don’t really speak English but not an issue if you are just checking in, or can speak some Korean or have a translation app).

Family room was big and spacious. We enjoyed the bath tubs in both rooms. Rooms were clean. Breakfast were very good, yummy. Staffs were all friendly and really helpful. Helped us book taxis and adviced all the possible transportation back to seoul. Location was also great, near the city hall. We liked our stay!

Cherry on the top was the staff they were really friendly and helpful especially Ms Alice who always greeted and called me by my last name whenever i walked past the front desk!

The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. Getting taxi or bus is easy.

I am deeply grateful for his help and extend my sincere thanks for his exemplary service. I wholeheartedly recommend the Brown Dot Hotel Jinju to anyone visiting Jinju. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to this hotel.
