The welcome is friendly. The manager and his staff are very considerate and smiling. They know how good customer service is. They were also very helpful in booking for us a trip to 4000 islands (we took a boat from their pier which is down the stairs from the hotel). The room is clean and very comfortable. The terrace overlooks the Mekong river and its quiet life. The swimming pool is a pleasant place to relax. The restaurant is good. We had such a blast there that we decided to extend our stay 2 additional nights! We highly recommend this place! This is one of the best hotel we did in Laos so far!

The room was big an comfortable and especially the staff and manager of the hotel were very nice and supportive. It was a great experience to stay there.
