Sigiriya'da Sigiriya Kayası'na 3 km uzaklıkta yer alan Sigiriya Cottage bahçe, ücretsiz özel park yeri, teras ve restoranı ile konaklama olanağı sunmaktadır. The place is really nice and the owner is very welcoming. He was available and gave great insight on what activities we should do. He spotted our traveler profile and advised us accordingly. At the hotel, you can grab some bikes and there is a cool trail around the nearby lake... The room was clean, bigger than expected, and comfortable. The food was good and they bake their berad onsite etc... You can't go wrong there.

On a month long trip to Sri Lanka, filled with beautiful places and accommodations - the Cottage holds a special place in my heart. We spent two amazing days here, and later in our trip we decided to go back for 5 more. From the kindness of the staff, the excellent hospitality, the pool that was somehow always the right temperature, the location in nature and all of the life that surrounds it - we had a perfect stay. The gentleman that cares for the plants, pool and grounds works all day making sure the place looks great and the pool is always clean. The chef makes great food, and the Sri Lankan breakfast was excellent. The location is a short bike ride from town, or if you have your own tuktuk as we did it’s about a 5 minute ride. It’s in the midst of the jungle. In our days there we had encounters with every type of bird in Sri Lanka. Monkeys of all varieties. Even Elephants. The near by lake, which you will drive by the signed path to, is a must at sunrise. Walking further down the road into the farmers fields (stay on the road, don’t walk on their crops) will yield incredible sunsets with peacocks calling in the background and a clear view of lions rock. Bungalows are simple, clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. We will most certainly return here in the future and highly recommend it to others. There is more to see in Sigiriya than you think, and a couple of days at the cottage is a great base to explore and relax. Mama, the local dog running around is very sweet. If you’re a dog loving traveler as I am - take care of her and show her some love. She’ll keep the monkeys off your tuktuk 😉

Dambulla'da Sigiriya Kayası'na 17 km uzaklıkta yer alan Black Mustang Hotel ücretsiz bisikletler, ücretsiz özel park yeri, bahçe ve teras sunmaktadır. Dilshan was fantastic with helping with anything I needed from dinner to getting a tuk tuk. It's away from the main road which means it's quiet and relaxed but also only a 3min tuk tuk ride away. AC was great!

Sigiriya'da, Sigiriya Kayası'na 2,8 km, Pidurangala Kayası'na ise 5,9 km mesafede yer alan Panoramic Royal Villa'da teras ve ücretsiz özel otopark bulunur. Our visit to Sigiriya was WONDERFUL and mainly, that was thanks to the family who runs Panoramic Rock View Villa. This was the homestay where we have felt the most welcomed, Malindu, Sanju and their parents made us feel like home. Besides their amazing hospitality, we loved the place: quiet, peaceful, close to many restaurants and with amazing views to Lion’s rock. The front garden was very nice and we had a little porch in front of the room where we had some local and tasty breakfasts. Wide room and confortable beds. The owners’ son took us on a Safari and helped us spot many elephants (even being a rainy day). They also have a tuk tuk so we relied on them any time we wanted to move around: Dambulla caves or Pidurangala rock. In conclusion, we left the place wishing we could stay a lot longer. No doubts if we ever come back to Sri Lanka, Panoramic Rock View Villa will be a MUST. Thank you for making our trip better🙏

A magical place to find peace and serenity. Four rooms immersed in the greenery of a beautiful garden with swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi. Kind and accommodating staff, Manolo (the owner) is an extraordinary person as well as an excellent cook. In this place we spent beautiful days relaxing after a long journey from the south of the country. Stop by and enjoy the atmosphere!!!!

Evergreen, Rangiri Dambulla Mağara Tapınağı'na 5 kilometre ve sigiriya kayasına 10 kilometre mesafededir. It's a gem! I couldn't believe my eyes that you could stay in something so beautiful as this villa for such little money. The location in Dambulla is convenient for visiting the temple in Dambulla and for hiking Pidurangala Rock. There is an open roof in the villa where you can see the stars on a clear night. The family who runs the villa is very nice and their daughter is a cuttie!

Huzurlu Nature Villa, sadece 1 km uzaklıktaki görkemli Aslan Kayası'na sadece kısa bir mesafede yer almaktadır. We liked the location as it is in the middle of nature, the cleaness of the room, the staff is very friendly. The Sri Lankan breakfast is just amazing. The host can organize for you a safari trip, taxi and tuk tuk service.
