Washer and kitchen facilities, very high quality of everything. The cleanest pool I saw on my trip. Staff was so professional and kind, and offered to help us in every way, even to go out and look for things at the store for me I needed before I left for the airport. Pradeep and his wife cooked a huge and delicious dinner for us, based on the food types we requested. Martinez showed us around the little town which was a quiet and friendly place. The beach was quiet too and full of beautiful shells and men fishing. We were greeted with water from a freshly cut coconut. We felt like queens here! Unfortunately we had to leave for the airport at 3am and the staff helped us make this happen easily and gave us a ride. We felt like queens here!

You are surrounded by nature and birds. The accommodation is new and spotless! Very good beds and the host is super friendly! Highly recommend this place!

It's an amazing place with chilled vibes. The location is right on the beach, which is great for so many reasons (one of them is that it's much less mosquitos around because of the wind from the sea). Tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner. The have a special dish for dinner that changes every day. When you go for kitesurfing, they bring lunch boxes to the lagoon. All people who work there are very friendly and professional - didn't have any issues during my almost 1 week stay. I was traveling alone and had a lot of fun thanks to the people who work and stay there. Wifi works very well if you need it for work. Rooms are very spacious. I enjoyed my time there very much!

Featuring free WiFi, a restaurant and a terrace, Margarita Village kite school kalpitiya offers pet-friendly accommodation in Kalpitiya. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. We stayed one month in total and we had an amazing stay at Sri Lanka Kite by Margarita ! The kite spot is perfect for beginners to more advanced level. The school is located on the upper part of the lagoon where there are less schools, which meant that some days we were only 5 on the spot. The staff is incredibly nice, we felt really good during our whole stay. There are also three beach boys, Chathu, Sanji and Diane, who are super helpful and are always happy to help you in any situations (rescue, untangle the lines, bring your kite upwind). The owners, Ruben and Eusebi, are very nice, accessible at all time and super flexible ! We changed our plans multiple times and whenever we needed a plan for a driver or an activity they had very good contacts. We also did a kite trip to Vella island where we did our first downwind, best experience ! The food was also amazing. Every night there is buffet, usually a Sri Lankan rice and curry, and sometimes, as the owners are spanish you can find some tortilla or chorizo. The pizzas were also the best in whole Sri Lanka ! We loved our stay and thanks to all the team we could progress a lot. Looking forward to come back !!

Absolutely heavenly destination.Flawless hospitality and kindness from the whole resort team,so friendly and helpful.they organize whatever you want, perfect location for kite surfing. the all-inclusive package was 100% worth it.excellent food, beautiful modern villas, clean and big.easy working distance to the beach.Especilly the pool here is very big and very beautiful.this is a great place where you can enjoy freedom.i will definitely come back
