The manager of the resort was amazing. He sent for a bottle of wine and beer for us for our meals at the resort. Room was so comfortable, bed and pillows were perfect. Bathroom was clean. Pool was so nice. Very close to the entrance to the park although we saw few animals the day we went. We stayed 2 nights and had dinner at the restaurant. Wonderful meals..resort is only 1 year old. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the food - during this stay, we had both breakfast and dinner included in the price. Rooms are exactly as on pictures, Fantastic Jungle view from rooms! Amazing to listen and watch nature and animals.

One of the best stays in Sri Lanka. We got very spacious room - the whole challet just for us. It was very nice there. The swimming pool was just amazing. Everything is new and clean and the staff was super nice. They drove us from Ella for half of the price we were offered in Ella. The hotel is close to the national park, you can agree on the safari trip directly in the hotel and they come for you. They also arranged for us a taxi to Mirrisa and managed to rent a bigger car to travel with other travellers for lower price for us. The dinner was sri lankan average, but very big (three courses menu).

What a wonderful place! The staff was so kind and helpful. They arranged a 7 hour safari for me, with Amila. It was INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend paying the extra money for the longer safari, and if you can, book with Amila. He was so knowledgeable about the animals and birds and really took time out on roads in the national park with almost no other jeeps. The room was clean, the food was delicious, the setting was peaceful, and the grounds were lovely. What a great price for an great room!
