Imad, (the receptionist) welcomed us with lemonade biscuits and a big smile. He was super helpful in planning trips, had no problem meeting special requests and was always quick to answer. He was our main contact, because we didnt speak French, but the other staff were also super friendly and warm to us. They met the 4 star criteria in every way! Great place to just relax and wind down.
