The hotel is not big with very friendly and thoughtful staff, the location is good and safe, the rooms look wonderful with very special charm and authenttic African decoration. The diving center is well equipped, the dive masters are experienced, the 2 boats and the service on them are luxurious, the diving spots are nice worth to visit.

From the excellent customer service to the personalized care, it was SUPERB! The manager was great, the staff were always so friendly made sure that everything was impeccable and I truly appreciated that about them!

The Arc en Ciel management and staff really went out of their way to make our trip smooth and offered highly personalized services. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with great views of the ocean from most places in the hotel - sunsets were amazing. Lovely pool, great food and could organize all we wanted to do through the front desk. There's also a new Art Village (upscale artisan crafts and goods) within walking distance as well as a local restaurant.

Odmaralište Constance Lodge Tsarabanjina nudi luksuzne bungalove na netaknutoj plaži u oblasti Nosi Be na Madagaskaru. The place is amazing. Feb 2023 was the second time we went to Constance Tsarabanjina and we absolutely loved it - we stayed 7 nights at a North Beach Villa, all inclusive and were lucky to have great weather even though Feb is supposed to be part of the rainy season. We travelled London Heathrow - Addis Ababa Ethiopia - Nosy Be Madagascar. The hotel arranged for a guide to wait for us at the Nosy Be Airport and took us to the beach where the hotel's boat waited to take us from Nosy Be Island to Tsarabanjina Island (the boat fare is about 1 hour and needs to be paid separately - at the time we went it was 200 euros per person covering both ways). Tsarabanjina is a tiny island with only one hotel, Constance, which has about 24 beach villas (about 12 on North Beach and 12 on South Beach), so even if it were to be fully booked, it would still be quite and relaxing. The atmosphere is so chilled and everybody is trying to make your stay as nice as possible. Staff is friendly and nothing is too much trouble; food is great as nothing compares with the fresh fish and other sea food; beach villa is large, nicely furnished and decorated with amazing views. The hotel offers a range of activities, some included in the price of the stay and some others to be paid separately (but none being too expansive). Activities / facilities included in the price are one snorkelling trip, one boat trip at the sunset with cocktail or fizzy wine, access to their snorkelling equipment, canoe boats, paddle boards, other sports and games; activities at extra price include diving (there is a Diving Centre at the hotel where one can get PADI certified if interested), trip to Nosy Mitsion island, trip to Nosy Kumba island, fishing trip, snorkelling extravaganza trip, massage / SPA, breakfast and / or dinner on the beach.

Very good value for money. Calm.. turtles all over the place. As I am not fluent in french and the owners (Malagasy/Swiss) assisted me in many many things. They take care of their guests. Absolutely recommended.
