The small, simple room was very clean (and so were the shared toilets/showers). The hotel has made an effort to make the place homey with a bit of decor inside the room and plants/decor throughout the property.. The wind and cold were fierce during our stay, so we were very grateful to have a good heater in our room (and they provide enough blankets). While the WIFI is only available in the reception/bar/restaurant area, it works well. Good to have a reasonably priced restaurant on site, as there are few eating options in Grunau (you can order your meals ahead to be ready at a certain time). We stayed for two nights while visiting Fish River Canyon as it is much more affordable than the places in/nearer the park (unless you are camping).

Located in Keetmanshoop, Kitchen51 Cottages provides barbecue facilities. Featuring a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The Host Petro was absolutely fantastic and made us feel right at home. Accomodation was superb, very comfortable, neat and clean, great beds. Highly recommend it, wish we had stayed longer.

Set within 1.8 km of Woermann Haus and 2.4 km of Luderitz Museum in Lüderitz, 2FiftySix on Second offers accommodation with seating area. The most friendliest host we ever met. Phyllicia had thought about everything, from cookies to toilet articles, in case if something was forgotten. They were even prepared to pick us from the city after dinner if it was too late to walk back. We had forgotten our water bottles and when informed, since Phyllicia was travelling to Walvis Bay, she broght it with her so that we could pick them in Walvis Bay.

Set in Lüderitz and only 500 metres from Woermann Haus, Wildhorses B&B and Self Catering offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. all-around good pick! beautifully designed little houses with all the amenities and thoughtful details. Also gracious host that was helpful and chill.

There is a private car park with a security staff.
