Easy to access the fjord shore; there is just a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. The view from the restaurant was very nice. However, the best thing about the hotel was the staff's hospitality to tourists. As a result, I have good memories of staying at Geiranger. I highly recommend it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were tired in the evening so did not have dinner at the hotel. But breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious. This is a great place to relax and take a breather during an active vacation.

I was eating Bolognese pasta and found my self thinking is this the best pasta i am eating right now? :) So don't think twice skip overpriced Geiranger hotel's and enjoy Petrines guests house :)

We got lucky and saw the northern lights from our room and drove down the road to get a better vantage point!! Breakfast with eggs was delicious and so was the amazing strawberry jam with bread!
