No strong chemicals used for cleaning which is important to us. Great location to walk to most things in central Svolvaer. The breakfast and restaurant for dinner is very good. We received kind attention by Martina who we really appreciated!

E io che credevo che fosse un villaggio disabitato
Il villaggio di Reine , e quindi anche la rorbuer in questione , sono situati in una posizione eccellente in quanto proprio all'inizio del territorio del Comune di Moskenes , che termina poi all'estremo lembo delle Lofoten , ad A. E' una zona meravigliosa , fatta di panorami immensi che spaziano sull'Oceano fino alle cime nevose delle catene di monti situate sulla terraferma , a sud .I gruppi di casette rosse , e talvolta gialle , dei pescatori caratterizzano la costa in maniera discreta e naturale , senza particolari enfasi e infiorettature . Si vede che servono ancora per la vita di tutti i giorni e non per essere specchietti per le allodole . Di ristoranti caratteristici e buoni c'è Sjomat , di Anita , situato a Sakrisoy ,100 mt prima ( venendo da Leknes ) del ponte che immette a Reine . Vende anche pesce fresco e leccornie di ogni tipo. Reine è collegata bene anche con i bus della Nordland , tanto a Est direzione Leknes , che a Ovest direzione A. , dove termina la strada e le corse . Consiglio comunque di noleggiare un'auto a Leknes , in aeroporto.

Brønnøysund è in bella posizione per visitare l'arcipelago di Vega, le belle località della costa del Nordland e il parco nazionale vicino. Il paese non è particolarmente bello, ma le case in legno, le vedute sulla costa e verso il mare sono bellissime. Vega è un incanto, casette rosse sparse ovunque, colonie di Oche selvatiche vicino all'unico campeggio, arrivano a centinaia ogni sera. Nel centro dell'isola si vedono alci e anatre, paesaggi vari, zone coperte di licheni, coste con Rorbu pittoreschi come alle Lofoten, musei sulla vita dei marinai e sull'edredone
