Overlooking the Oslofjord, this hotel offers free spa access, several restaurants and rooms with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi access. Very nice hotel. Nice rooms, good spa section, and excellent breakfast. The restaurant was also excellent for dinner, especially the menu.

The hotel is a fascinating and unusual building in a great location with a spectacular view. Very peaceful place - it was nice to watch the horses and listen to the birds - we even saw a deer in the grounds. Many interesting places to visit within walking distance. Staff were warm and friendly.

Located at the iconic Fredriksten Fortress in Halden, this hotel is surrounded by gardens. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and free parking. Great staff, nice place, clean and tidy, plus a fantastic bed!! Really happy, will return.

Located on the city's pedestrian street just 600 metres from Moss Train Station, this central hotel offers free WiFi and free parking. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and wooden floors. Excellent room with good view over fountain and park. Very good breakfast selection and good quality. Very clean throughout. Bathroom recently refurbished with underfloor heating etc. Staff very courteous and helpful. Good city centre location with all facilities close by.

Þetta hótel er staðsett í miðbæ Fredrikstad í gamla bænum og er umkringt verslunum, söfnum og mörkuðum. Það er í 150 metra fjarlægð frá ferjuhöfn gamla bæjarins. It is amazing to stay inside Gamlebyen. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite off of the central plaza. What you are paying for is partly the experience of staying in something historical and authentic and being in the heart of the old city. It is a unique experience to stay here. You can see and feel the history of the structure and imagine what it would have been like living in the area hundreds of years ago. At the same time it is updated with everything you could want including a washer and dryer. The private courtyard was lovely at night and in the morning. The artwork on the walls is also phenomenal. This suite is very rich in texture and was just beautiful. The bedroom on the main level had a glass door (with a wooden dutch door outside). You could open it up to the courtyard, which was a lovely touch. There is another bedroom upstairs along with the large kitchen and living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and 3/4 bathroom with the washer and dryer. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wished I would have taken photos of the upper floors to post here.
