Located next to the marina in the scenic town of Flåm, the accommodation includes free WiFi and magnificent views of the Sognefjord. We stayed 2 nights in two separate rooms and it was one of the best hotels we visited in Norway during our 2-week trip. One of the rooms had a kitchen which we clearly liked more in comparison with the other smaller one without kitchen. We particularly liked the lovely staff enthusiastically answering the phone and the fish soup at the restaurant which we ordered twice in a row. The fish main dish was wonderful as well.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Hotel located in a distant area, next to the historical road. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy nature and quietness. The hotel, which was built in the 19th century (wow!), is absolutely charming both inside and outside. A special thanks I want to say to the family who runs the hotel. They did a really great job of making all the visitors feel comfortable. The family owners invest so much love and attention to detail in this place, you can feel it. Everything is perfectly clean and beautiful. In addition, perfect sleep with the sounds of a waterfall as a bonus.

It has a very relaxed and chill vibe, and Hans, the host, has plenty of recommendations for hikes, activities, etc. and makes sure everyone is comfortable.

It was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful location and extremely nice room equipped with everything you need, plus a terrace and impressive views to the ocean and the rocky Alden. We hiked around the island and had a relaxing time in the room enjoying the stormy weather. We also got very good breakfast and dinner. And Elin was incredibly friendly and helpful! It was really the perfect weekend getaway!
