The room was generously spacious, offering a high level of comfort. It had a modern touch, with the convenience of an in-room iPad for accessing menus and requesting services, such as e-bike rentals. The location is excellent; reaching the cathedral and the commercial district within just a 10-minute walk.

Hardly find hotels where u can cook your own food inside. Golden hotel has mini kitchen with cooking utensils available for you to cook food inside room. Very neat and tidy. Easy check in and check out process. Always prefer to stay here whenever I visited christchurch. Near to airport as well.

The Classic Villa is a 5-star hotel located in Christchurch, and offers free Wi-Fi access. The Classic Villa was simply amazing with regards to the actual property, room, location, but without a doubt the best part is Jackie & Steve!!!! They are just absolutely awesome and I ended up extending my stay in Christchurch because I didn't want to leave. Jackie & Steve were exceptional from my check-in and each morning were kind enough to help me maximize my time in town, including sightseeing and restaurants. If I ever head back to Christchurch and I certainly hope I am able to make it back, but I will definitely book at the Classic Villa again. The building itself is wonderful, its insanely clean, the kitchen is stocked, common area is open/cozy and the location is ideal for walking to city center. I had the opportunity to spend 30+ days across Austrailia & New Zealand and the Villa was hands down my favorite stop thanks to Jackie & Steve. Thank you both for going above and beyond! Originally built in the 1880s, Merivale Manor offers elegant and luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access. Christchurch city centre is only a 5-minute drive away. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Merivale Manor

Centrally located in pretty Christchurch, overlooking Hagley Park and the River Avon, the George is a luxurious 5-star boutique hotel. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi. The George hotel is the best. The room is very clean, modern, beautiful. I love it.

Tussock Hill Vineyard Retreats is situated in Christchurch, within 7.8 km of Christchurch Art Gallery and 7.8 km of Canterbury Museum. The views, the facilities and the staff were extremely praiseworthy. It’s a great stay in vineyard. The room was absolutely great and the restaurant was just cherry on the top. We also really loved the bathtub with views of the mountains and extremely loved the sunset.
