Villa Valencia went above and beyond our expectation! We booked the villa for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was luxury. The villa was super clean. Our room was made daily. The staff even mops the floors outside daily! The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and blankets were of high quality. Breakfast was also really delicious and well balanced. There is a water filtration which also saved us from buying bottled waters. The staff were so genuine and helpful! Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Very affordable villa for all it offers!

Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly (even brought us up hot tea to our room about half an hour after we checked in 🥰), breakfast was made fresh for us, and we were even made some Muna tea (helps with altitude) when we mentioned my husband was having some gut issues! Would absolutely stay here again!!

The hosts are amazing! So kind and friendly. The location is on the edge of Caraz so quiet and the hotel is set in a beautiful working vegetable garden, with views up to the mountain. Beds were so comfy with real cotton thick crisp sheets and soft pillows …it is the best sleep we have had for the past 6 months. Warm showers and lovely soap/shampoo. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we ate in the on-site restaurant which was “paddock to plate” dishes using veggies and fruit from the garden and locally sourced meats/produce… it was so good to eat healthy!

I loved the ambiance and decorations throughout the hotel, especially the top-floor restaurant and rooftop terrace, both of which are overflowing with plants and boast wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and best enjoyed on the rooftop terrace! Great spot to start a journey to the Ancash region!
