Located in the centre of Cusco, Casa Matara Boutique is set 1.4 km from Wanchaq Train station and 500 metres from Santo Domingo Church. When you enter the hotel, you can feel a comfortable atmosphere. The decorations are really cozy and distinctly Peruvian. The staff members are kindness personified. I had a bout of altitude sickness, and they took care of me with a warm heart, showing genuine concern for my condition. The breakfast was also excellent! The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Additionally, when we went to Machu Picchu, we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel. If I ever visit Cusco again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I will always remember the warm-hearted staff. Thank you so much.

Well located in the Cusco City Centre district of Cusco, Casona Dorada Hotel Cusco is located 400 metres from Cathedral of Cusco, 300 metres from Cusco Main Square and 600 metres from Religious Art... I went with 6 friends and we all loved being there together. There is a nice common room to hang out in which made it feel like college. The staff was phenomenal, very accommodating, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we always were well-fed. The beds were great. The location cannot be beat. Would completely recommend this place!!

Boasting a garden, a shared lounge as well as a terrace, Hotel Valle Andino is situated in the centre of Cusco, 1.4 km from Wanchaq Train station. The place is very high value. Hernan was very helpful and without a hard sell offered to handle my travels to Machu Pichu. I am glad I let him as everything was perfect and somehow less expensive than had I booked the train and taxis on my own. Real eggs and toast for breakfast.

Boasting a garden, a shared lounge as well as a terrace, Saska Boutique Hotel is set in the centre of Cusco, 800 metres from Wanchaq Train station. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Spacious rooms with nice bathrooms/showers. Amazing staff that go out of their way to help you with just about anything. Good breakfast available all morning. It's a short walk from the main plaza and many restaurants and amenities. I would stay here again if I return to Cusco. Our room had a smart TV too which ended up being great to watch Netflix on a day where the protests/strike prevented us from continuing our travels. The perfect stay. We'd like to personally thank all of the front desks staff and especially Luis for his assistance with our changing itinerary and recommendations.

Attractively set in the centre of Cusco, Kokoa Hotel Cusco features buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. It was the best hotel during our whole trip in Peru. The rooms were very modern and spacious, with exceptional cleanliness. The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff even offered to prepare breakfast boxes for our early tour departures, which were arranged accordingly.

kihagyhatatlan Ollantaytambo
Cusco jó hangulatú gyarmati város. Utazási irodák által környező településre szerezett buszos programok ajánlottak, de az árból mindig alkudni kell! Érdemes Machu Picchu felé egy fél napot + egy éjszakát Ollantaytamboban tölteni. Rendkívül hangulatos kisváros. Hangulatosabb, mint Cusco, ezért legközelebb nem hagyjuk ki!

Cusco is not only the cradle of the inca culture but...
Cusco is not only the cradle of the inca culture but it's the gateway to the Andes and the Sacred Valley. It seems impossible to find any other place in the whole continent from where you can so easily reach countless inca archeological sites. The town itself is pleasant with it's cobbled stoned streets, attractive main squere and friendly people. I highly recommend to spend some (at least 2) days with exploring the city than visit the surrunding ruins on your own or with a guide. To visit Machu Picchu it is more comfortable and exciting to spend at least one night in Ollantaytambo, and travel to MP by train. The chapest and easiest way to get to Ollantaytambo is having a collectivo (shared van). ;)

Gyönyörű, hangulatos város.
Gyönyörű, hangulatos város. Bárki megtalálhatja a kedvére való kirándulóhelyet, éttermet, szórakozóhelyet. A közlekedés kaotikusnak tűnik, de taxival könnyen, olcsón el lehet jutni bárhova. Az árak elfogadhatóak, mindenkiki megtalálhatja a pénztárcájának megfelelőt. Leghangulatosabb hely a San Blas környéke...csendes, gyönyörű a kilátás és minden közel van hozzá. Cusco és környékének felfedezéséhez legalább 1-2 hétre van szükség. Rengeteg gyönyörű természeti és építészeti látványosság található a környéken. Állandóan ünnepelnek valamit, fiesta van, mindenhol szól a zene, az emberek szeretnek az utcán lenni.
