When you enter the hotel, you can feel a comfortable atmosphere. The decorations are really cozy and distinctly Peruvian. The staff members are kindness personified. I had a bout of altitude sickness, and they took care of me with a warm heart, showing genuine concern for my condition. The breakfast was also excellent! The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Additionally, when we went to Machu Picchu, we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel. If I ever visit Cusco again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I will always remember the warm-hearted staff. Thank you so much.

It's a short walk from the main plaza and many restaurants and amenities. I would stay here again if I return to Cusco. Our room had a smart TV too which ended up being great to watch Netflix on a day where the protests/strike prevented us from continuing our travels. The perfect stay. We'd like to personally thank all of the front desks staff and especially Luis for his assistance with our changing itinerary and recommendations.

The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff even offered to prepare breakfast boxes for our early tour departures, which were arranged accordingly.
