I recommend booking the king suite as it is quite comfortable and spacious. The twin room we booked on our first stay was rather small. The owner gave us each a small gift when we checked out.

Everything at Antigua Casona San Blas was perfect! The staff, facilities, location, bedrooms, cleanliness, spa, food - there's nothing that we could find fault with. We loved our 4 night stay here, and will definitely stay again in future. And on the night when a procession started in San Blas at 3am (very loud but nothing to do with the hotel), I eventually got up at 5.30am and joined in, and it was great fun! This is the perfect hotel for exploring Cusco, a somewhat crazy but wonderful city.

The hotel is really amazing the people who are working there are super helpful and always friendly. Richard Cruz Castro made all our wishes come true. We had some massages helped us with oxygen whenever we needed some. He greeted us everyday at the breakfast personally. Everyone were so friendly and the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the city Center safe and not far to the train to Go to Machu Picchu. Thank you for making our stay so lovely ! All the best.

Right from the start when I made the reservation, manager Angel and his team immediately reached out to welcome me through WhatsApp and also arrange airport transfer and potential land tours. They were warm, welcoming and made me feel like home during my stay. Thank you Angel! Breakfast had a wide spread and I loved the coca tea that was offered in the lobby to aid with adjusting to the high altitude. Overall I am very pleased and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Cusco.

Awesome city, so much to do, so little time. Evenings are awesome, walking around inca ruins. So friendly people, so incredible :) Best restaurants are the ones where locals eat, and cuy (guineea pig) is simply delicious. oh, and you must see Museo de la Ricoletta - best museum in Cusco !!

We loved Cusco.
We loved Cusco. It is a city that has numerous old buildings and a city center where you could walk for a few hours. We enjoyed a street celebration on a Sunday morning, where a lot of children and teens were parading in traditional costumes. Don't miss Sacsaywaman. It can be a bit difficult to climb there, but totally worth it. Try and visit the Cathedral early in the morning (around 6 AM). There is a mass, and no entrance fee is payed. I would recommend Paddy's Irish Bar, across the street from the Cathedral for a good night out - good beer and prices. La Bodega 138, close to Plaza de Armas is a very good place for pizza

Este un oraș care deși este aglomerat este sigur. Poți scoate aparatul foto fără griji. Piața principală este superbă! Taximetriștii neautorizați (mașini fără siglă de taxi) vor încerca să profite de turiști cerând prețuri de cel puțin 3 ori mai mari. Când am ajuns în Cusco am luat un taxi de la aeroport și am plătit 30 soli (taxi neautorizat), iar astăzi de la hotel am plecat cu un taxi autorizat la care am plătit doar 10 soli. De la Cusco la Poroy taxiul este 20-30 soli.

Cusco... Another world! Crowded city but somewhat relaxing with old spaniard architecture, that is well preserved and maintained. Indigenous people, dressed in traditional clothing, mingle with many young children in school uniforms and crowds of tourists. Very touristic city, they cater to every need from the most affordable hostels to five star hotel and expensive shops. It offers much more than expected and should not disappoint anyone.

This hotel is quite centrally located, a few minutes walk from the main square. There are cafes, restaurants and a market nearby. The rooms are spacious and very well kept. The beds are relatively big and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is simple but very good with omelettes offered freshly made according to one's tastes. They have an oxygen tank in case of breathing difficulties due to altitude.

Fantastic snow-white sheets and towels, excellent shower and wonderful products provided and replenished when used! Extremely gracious and friendly staff … very attentive and helpful! 12 mins walk to the main plaza … local buses to Cuzco for 7-10 soles! TRULY OUTSTANDING! Am already planning a return trip!

This was a luxury boutique hotel - our bit of proper luxury (two nights) out of a three week family holiday. Such a beautiful, comfortable place, the heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful!! We were so grateful when the staff made a great effort to allow us to check in early when we arrived in the morning, exhausted. This made a massive difference to us, and helped us enjoy our stay. The rooms were so beautiful, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the overall experience was very relaxing. We stayed for one night, then went to Machu Picchu for two nights and back again to Aranwa. There was no problem with leaving our luggage for two nights. On the final day, when we were due to check out, my son had contracted severe gastroenteritis, from Machu Picchu, just as we were about to travel again. Again, the staff were very kind and helpful, arranging for a doctor to attend, who was there within half an hour. They also allowed us to check out late, held rooms for us just in case, and really couldn't have done more. We were very grateful indeed!

Absolutely amazing place. The stuff was very kind, helped me with TV and netflix and brought some welcome snacks. The room is very clean, with amazing view to the river. Quiet and pretty spacious. Fell in love with bathroom. One of the best places I've ever been. Their restaurant that is near hotel very nice as well. Highly recomended

Its really hard to pinpoint just a few things we loved. First, we were so pleased and impressed when our room was upgraded, although from my impressions, every room here is a suite. The room details (heated floors, flowers, bar, colorful Peruvian treats) The dining (think specialty coffee or fresh squeezed juice in the sunshine by the pool... and of course your seat will have a pillow and every condiment imaginable for your delicious food). The pool (warm crystal clear water, fresh towels and sunscreen rushed to you at a moments notice, and poolside cocktail service from the friendly bartender). This place is as good as it gets! Can't wait to come back!

easy check in helpful staff. cold bottled water available for cheap. staff helped me with a different pillow. available 24 hrs. very flexible check in and out.
